Terms & Conditions
affiliate.institute provides education about affiliate marketing, practical learning materials and member features for the site's own referral program. These terms explain the responsibilities attached to those activities. Read the sections relevant to the feature you choose before connecting an account, publishing a referral link or requesting a withdrawal.
Reading a lesson, completing a browser checklist, receiving a click and qualifying a referred member are different events. Learning activity does not itself create a reward. The referral program uses its stated qualification conditions, tier valuation and recorded account information. A request to withdraw a recorded balance is also separate from a completed payment.
Use the contents to find a particular condition. If a record, translation or explanation is unclear, contact the linked LINE Official Account, @078khjbn, with the relevant page or member reference. These terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

The service these terms cover
These terms cover your use of affiliate.institute pages, lessons, supplied learning materials, account access and the site's own referral and reward features. A lesson may explain a method, use an example or link to another service. The explanation is part of the learning experience; the destination service remains responsible for its own account conditions and activities.
Choose the features that suit your purpose. The home page, FAQ and legal information are public, while lessons and project guides require sign-in. Member features may also require the stated qualification. A description of an external opportunity does not make its provider part of your affiliate.institute account or make its transactions payable through this site's reward balance.
- Distinguish the site's educational content, its own member program and an external service before acting.
- Read destination terms whenever you leave the website to create an account or undertake an activity.
Reading and using the conditions
Review these terms together with the conditions displayed for the feature you use. The privacy notice explains information handling; the Data Protection Law page explains related rights and requests. A lesson's worked example illustrates a method and does not replace the actual conditions for an account, a qualification event or a withdrawal request.
Ask for clarification before relying on a statement you do not understand. Identify the page, language and action you mean so that the response addresses the relevant condition. The availability of a page does not mean that every visitor has completed member qualification, holds an eligible balance or has satisfied the requirements of a separate provider.
- Keep the relevant page and account reference when following up about a condition.
- Use the current displayed rules for the action you are considering, rather than a forwarded caption or cropped screenshot.
Learning access and member features
Lessons and project guides require you to sign in before reading. Lessons help you understand audiences, useful content, responsible promotion, measurement and working routines. You decide which lesson to read and how to apply the learning. Reading, taking a quiz or marking a lesson complete is not a purchase, a verified referral or proof that income has been earned.
Signing in lets you access the member information associated with that account. The referral dashboard shows the account's link and recorded activity; it does not certify the effectiveness of every promotional method you use elsewhere. An empty record may simply mean that no corresponding event has been recorded. If you believe something is missing, use its reference and date to ask for review.
- Use lessons to develop your understanding and assess your own next action.
- Use member records to review actual program activity, rather than treating lesson completion as a reward claim.
Your decisions and the limits of examples
Educational explanations, sample wording and hypothetical calculations are learning tools. They do not guarantee traffic, an approved advertisement, a qualifying member, a particular income or recovery of an advertising expense. Results depend on the audience, the offer, the accuracy of the content, external conditions and the work you choose to undertake.
Assess a decision using the actual requirements and costs involved. A hypothetical price or conversion rate used to demonstrate arithmetic is not a current market quote. An example of another person's approach is not a commitment that you will achieve the same result. Obtain appropriate advice when a decision requires expertise beyond the educational explanation available on the page.
- Separate an illustrative calculation from an actual account entry or current price.
- Decide your own time and spending limits before undertaking activity outside the website.
Your account and chosen sign-in provider
Member access uses the identity confirmed by the sign-in method you select. Choose the intended account, particularly where a browser already has several provider accounts open. A display name or an email address alone is not a request to combine memberships. Different sign-in identities can have separate records even when they appear to belong to the same person.
Use an account you are entitled to control and keep the information used to identify it accurate. If you lose provider access or believe the wrong account has been connected, contact us before attempting to recreate financial activity under another identity. An account question needs review of the relevant records; it does not automatically transfer referrals, balances or earlier notification qualification.
- Check the account displayed before sharing its referral link or submitting a request.
- Explain an identity discrepancy without sending a provider password or private recovery information.
Capacity and younger users
Use features in a way that is consistent with your legal capacity and the requirements applicable to the activity. Access to a website page does not establish capacity to enter a separate agreement, open a provider account or undertake a financial transaction. The presence of an account with a social or messaging provider is not conclusive evidence of that capacity.
Where a child or another person needs a parent, guardian or authorised representative to act, the relevant legal requirements must be considered for the particular action and information use. A parent or representative with a concern about the person's account or information can contact the existing LINE channel. Share enough detail to identify the concern while protecting the person's unnecessary private information.
- Check the requirements of an external service before a younger person creates its account.
- Describe a representative's role when requesting review; do not assume access to another person's account is authorised.
Protecting access and private messages
Protect the provider account and device you use for member access. Review unexpected sign-in activity through the provider, keep its recovery methods secure and sign out before handing a shared device to another person. A private notification confirmation link should be used only for the account that requested it; forwarding it can expose a sensitive account action.
Report suspected misuse with the affected member or request reference and approximate time. Begin with the information needed to locate the issue. We do not need your provider password, wallet private key or wallet recovery words to begin an account enquiry. If a message asks for those secrets, do not supply them merely because its sender claims to represent the website.
- Use the contact link on this website when checking an unfamiliar support message.
- Keep confirmation links and wallet-control information out of public posts and shared screenshots.
Progress, quizzes and browser records
The learning completion list is saved in the browser used on that device. It helps show your progress and find the next lesson. Another browser or device can show a different list even when you use the same member account. Clearing site data or using the progress reset control can remove that browser's saved completion information.
Quiz choices and an open sharing checklist help you work through the page; they do not create a certified qualification or an entitlement to payment. Resetting learning progress does not delete your member account, notification confirmation, referral attribution or withdrawal history. Choose the control that matches the result you want, and ask separately about account records when browser-level changes are insufficient.
- Treat progress as a learning aid, rather than proof of a paid referral event.
- On a shared device, consider that the next user of the same browser may see saved progress.
Using supplied materials responsibly
Supplied explanations, captions and visual learning materials can help you prepare your own educational or promotional work. Review the complete result before sharing it. A starting template still needs an accurate destination, relevant wording and any necessary explanation of your referral benefit. You remain responsible for claims, images and edits that you add.
Respect copyright, trade marks, privacy and any rights notices attached to material. The availability of a template does not give permission to use another person's music, image, endorsement or private account history. Do not present your adaptation as an official statement by a provider or claim that a lesson guarantees results. Contact us if you need clarification about a proposed reproduction or use of supplied material.
- Check the caption, image, link and visible account information as one finished communication.
- Use information you have permission to share and retain the context needed to keep an example accurate.
Promotion, advertising and truthful claims
When promoting a referral link, explain what a visitor will find and make relevant affiliate benefits clear. Do not fabricate testimonials, earnings, urgency, approval or relationships with another organisation. An honest account of a method includes its conditions and limitations. A successful result in one case does not support presenting that result as typical or guaranteed for everyone.
You choose where and whether to publish or advertise. Check the audience permissions, advertising rules and other applicable requirements of the channel used. Lessons about campaign planning do not authorise a charge to your advertising account or promise approval by an advertising platform. Keep records of your own spending and results so that a campaign decision is based on what actually happened.
- Make the destination and referral relationship understandable before asking someone to act.
- Respect a person's request not to receive further promotional messages and avoid unwanted repeated contact.
External links and separate services
A link can take you to a service with its own operator, account, privacy notice, eligibility requirements and payment arrangements. Read those conditions at the destination. Your affiliate.institute membership does not automatically qualify you for an external service or combine its balances, records or support processes with the member dashboard here.
Verify the destination before supplying information or undertaking a transaction. Conditions at an external service may change independently of a lesson describing it. Contact that service about its own transaction or account; when the concern is an inaccurate link or explanation on this website, identify the page so we can examine it. Neither a referral link nor an educational description guarantees the external service's performance.
- Keep the relevant account and transaction references with the service that issued them.
- Do not assume an external provider's fee, reward or support promise applies to this site's own program.
Referral links and attribution
Your personal referral link identifies the relevant referrer. Opening it can create a visit record and preserve referral context for a later qualifying membership event. The program has an attribution period; its standard setting is 30 days. A visit within that period is one part of attribution, rather than a promise that every visitor will become an eligible referral.
The account must be associated with valid initial referral information and complete the applicable qualification process. Signing in again, opening a link repeatedly or completing lessons does not create additional eligible member accounts. Browser data removal, an expired context or an unmatched link can affect attribution. If a result appears wrong, provide the relevant link, member reference and dates for review without publishing another member's private information.
- Keep your own referral code intact when sharing the link.
- Distinguish a recorded click, pending referral context and a completed eligible referral.
Receive notifications and complete qualification
For a referred membership to qualify, the member must sign in to the intended account, choose to receive notifications for that account, and successfully confirm the verification message received. Permission alone, an ordinary click or a raw sign-in does not complete this process. The confirmation is checked against the account and the message involved.
A verification message has a limited lifetime and can be replaced by a new request. Use the instructions on its confirmation page and ask for a fresh message if the link is no longer usable. Notification permission is separate from sign-in; declining it does not by itself cancel ordinary signed-in access to lessons. Browser permission is not blanket consent to unrelated personal information uses; the privacy notice and Data Protection Law guide explain those distinctions.
- Confirm only the message requested by the account you intend to qualify.
- Use the member status to check completion; do not claim qualification merely because a notification was sent.
Tiers and the per-person reward valuation
The standard program uses ten tiers based on eligible referred members. Tier 1 covers 0–100 at 0.1 USDT per person; Tier 2 covers 101–200 at 0.2; Tier 3, 201–300 at 0.3; Tier 4, 301–400 at 0.4; Tier 5, 401–500 at 0.5; Tier 6, 501–600 at 0.6; Tier 7, 601–700 at 0.7; Tier 8, 701–800 at 0.8; Tier 9, 801–900 at 0.9; and Tier 10 covers 901 or more at 1 USDT.
These are per-person valuation amounts, not commission percentages or ten downstream referral levels. Each eligible referred account counts once. The applicable tier and valuation are recorded for the qualifying reward; moving to another tier does not retrospectively reprice every earlier reward entry. Check the tier and reward terms displayed for your member account when reviewing an individual record.
- Use the verified referral count, rather than impressions or raw sign-ins, when checking a tier boundary.
- An entry's recorded valuation explains that entry; it is not a promise of future traffic or earnings.
XMR rewards and market conversion
The program uses USDT to express the value of a qualifying per-person reward, while the recorded reward and payout currency are XMR. The XMR amount is calculated using the market price obtained when the reward is recorded. It is not calculated using a permanently fixed conversion rate copied from an example or an earlier page view.
Price information associated with the reward explains how its XMR amount was determined. A later change in the market price does not turn the original USDT reference into a separate USDT wallet balance. Where a required price is unavailable, the affected operation cannot be treated as successfully priced. Ask about a missing or disputed record using its account reference and relevant event date.
- Distinguish USDT valuation from the XMR amount actually recorded and paid.
- Do not present a sample exchange rate or an estimated reward as a guaranteed market conversion.
Balances and the withdrawal minimum
The member dashboard distinguishes recorded earnings, payments, pending requests and the amount available to request. These figures describe different stages. A pending request reserves the requested amount, so that amount is not simultaneously available for another request. A high click total does not itself increase the recorded reward balance.
The standard withdrawal minimum is a valuation of 20 USDT. Review the minimum shown before confirming your request. The required XMR amount is checked against a fresh market price when you submit. It can differ from an earlier estimate because the price has changed. You must have sufficient available XMR and meet the applicable minimum; an unavailable price cannot be replaced by an invented or stale figure.
- Read the current balance and minimum together before submitting a request.
- A USDT minimum is a valuation threshold, not an option to receive a USDT payout.
Submitting a withdrawal destination
Reward withdrawals are paid in XMR on Monero mainnet. Enter the receiving address of the intended wallet and check the entire address before submitting. A valid address format does not establish that you control the destination or that it is the destination you meant to use. Avoid relying on a cropped screenshot or an unverified address supplied by another person.
A request identifies its amount, network and receiving address. Keep its reference so that a question can be linked to the actual record. The withdrawal feature needs a receiving address; it does not need the recovery words or private keys controlling a wallet. If you notice an incorrect destination or amount, contact us promptly with the reference so its current status can be examined.
- Check that the intended wallet receives XMR on Monero mainnet.
- Never send wallet recovery words, a private key or a provider password with a withdrawal request.
Request status and recorded payment
A successfully submitted request is a recorded request, not proof that a payment has reached a wallet. Follow its displayed status and any payment reference. Administrators record payment information in the service. If a request is cancelled, the cancellation record and its reason help explain what happened and how the available balance is affected.
Use the relevant request when asking about progress rather than submitting repeated requests for the same reserved amount. We do not state a fixed payment completion time in these terms. Where a payment is recorded but receipt is disputed, identify the reference and the receiving destination for investigation. A screenshot of a status is useful context, but should not expose unrelated financial history or another person's account.
- Distinguish request acceptance, a payment record and actual receipt in the intended wallet.
- Ask about a cancellation or discrepancy using its recorded reference and reason.
Market prices and wallet considerations
The market value of XMR can change between reward recording, withdrawal submission and receipt. A USDT valuation used at one stage does not guarantee the same later purchasing value. Consider the actual XMR amount and the price information relevant to the action, rather than treating every displayed valuation as an amount fixed in another currency.
Wallet access, receiving arrangements and the operation of the Monero network also affect your experience outside this website. Protect the wallet you choose and verify its receiving instructions. A completed transfer to an unintended destination may be difficult or impossible to recover. Ask a question before submitting when you do not understand the address or network, and keep wallet-control secrets private throughout any enquiry.
- Assess the recorded XMR amount separately from a changing estimate in another currency.
- Use the receiving wallet's own trusted instructions when checking a destination.
Acceptable use and genuine activity
Use the service honestly and respect other people's accounts and choices. Do not fabricate identity confirmations, referral events, consent, screenshots or payment evidence. Do not use another person's private verification link or attempt to claim records that belong to an account you are not authorised to control. Repeated clicks do not justify describing a repeated visitor as multiple eligible members.
Avoid activity that interferes with access, attempts unauthorised entry or exposes private member information. If a record needs investigation, provide genuine supporting information and allow the relevant facts to be examined. A disputed outcome should be explained using the actual program conditions, relevant account records and applicable rights. You can ask which facts support the result and request clarification of an apparent discrepancy.
- Promote through accurate information and genuine audience interest.
- Report suspected misuse without attempting to access someone else's account or publish their information.
Availability, interruptions and corrections
Pages and member functions can be affected by connection problems, maintenance, provider availability or an error in information. A failed request or an unavailable quote should not be described as a successful transaction. Review the result actually shown and check whether a record exists before assuming that a repeated click is needed.
Tell us about a suspected error using the affected page, approximate time and relevant reference. We can examine the record and explain what further information is needed. An educational typo and a disputed balance require different checks; identify which you mean. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility or remove remedies that applicable law preserves when an error or interruption affects you.
- Keep a concise description of the error and the action immediately before it.
- Check the account record before repeating a financial request after a connection interruption.
Privacy, storage and communications
The privacy notice describes the information used for account access, learning progress, preferences, notifications, referrals, messages and withdrawals. Those activities have different information needs and controls. Clearing a browser's storage, disabling notifications and requesting deletion of an account record are separate actions with different effects.
Use the published contact channel for a question about your personal information or the use of a particular feature. We may need to establish which account and records you mean before disclosing information. Do not send unrelated sensitive documents simply to begin a conversation. Where another provider holds information within its own service, its privacy notice and request controls also apply to that provider's records.
- Read the privacy and Data Protection Law pages when deciding which account or notification features to use.
- Use only the personal information necessary to explain a support or privacy request.
Questions, disagreements and your rights
Contact the LINE Official Account linked on this page when you disagree with an account record or need a condition explained. State the result you are seeking and include the relevant member, reward or withdrawal reference. A clear description helps distinguish an identity issue, an attribution question, a price calculation and a payment enquiry.
We will review the information relevant to the question and explain the outcome or the clarification needed. Your rights to contact a competent regulator, bring a matter before a court or use another remedy available under applicable law remain available when you discuss an issue with support. Use the relevant official information when checking the procedure for a formal complaint. Keep the correspondence reference so that a follow-up can address the same matter.
- Explain the disputed entry and the correction or explanation you want.
- Keep private confirmation links, passwords and wallet-control information out of the conversation.
Changes, translations and interpretation
We may update these terms to explain changes to the service or applicable requirements. Material changes should be read in the context of the feature and action affected. A new explanation does not itself rewrite an earlier reward's recorded conversion or prove that a previously submitted request was paid. The relevant account history remains important when examining an earlier action.
Translations are intended to communicate the same conditions in accessible language. A wording difference is not a separate reward offer or a reason to infer that a language selection changes legal rights. If two passages appear inconsistent, identify both versions and ask for clarification. Applicable mandatory rights remain effective, and a clarification should address the actual rule rather than relying on an unexplained language preference.
- Review the current page when using a changed feature or taking a new action.
- Quote the section title and language when asking about an apparent inconsistency.
